Metro Vancouver municipalities require an erosion and sediment control plan before you break ground, and they inspect it. If you're clearing, grading, or excavating during the wet season, you need this in place to stay compliant, avoid fines, and keep your neighbours' properties and the environment clean.

We'll need your ESC plan (or we can help put one together), the location of on-site and nearby catch basins, and a sense of the project timeline. Expect properly installed and maintained controls, inspected and repaired through the job, so your site passes every municipal check.
